Sencha border layout bug or feature?

Hallo

in the following fiddle example



First of all collapse the west panel then expand it by the button and by clicking on the vertical header. Clicking by vertical header is expands the west panel but do not resize the center panel... PLUS the vertical header stays in it's place.

So is it a bug or feature? if it is a feature, where do may we use it? :D
