How to create sencha-touch2.3 first application using cmd

I have tried below steps but it's not working showing some error.

Steps1: Installed Sencha-Cmd-5.0.0.114

Steps2: Extracted sencha-touch2.3.1 at location

/home/naushad/sdk-libs/touch-2.3.1

Steps3: run cmd

sencha -sdk /home/naushad/sdk-libs/touch-2.3.1 generate app NewApp .

Showing below error.

Sencha Cmd v5.0.0.114

[ERR] The following error occurred while executing this line:

/home/naushad/bin/Sencha/Cmd/5.0.0.114/plugins/touch/2.3/plugin.xml:105: Directory /home/naushad/sdk-libs/touch-2.3.1/resources/icons creation was not successful for an unknown reason

Can anyone please help?
