   Not sure if this is a bug or if I'm using it wrong in relation to ExtJS 5. But if you have a component that is
   
   configured as both draggable and resizable, trying to resize it will only move it. See fiddle:

   If you change the framework to ExtJS 4.2, it is working as expected.
