step by step guide for native release package build

Is there is a detailed step by step guide for building native release packages using cordova for sencha touch apps? I checked the docs. Using `sencha app build native` we get debug version files. It suggests to use eclipse/Intellij +cordova(or PhoneGap) for building release version.

Wondering why is there no guide for this? Its not mentioned in "Sencha touch in Action" book either. There is not even a mention of it.

I am using Sencha Cmd 4.0.x version

Any one who built for release to play store/app store, please share your build process?

1. What files from sencha need to be coped to eclipse/intellij/

2. What should be the project structure in eclipse/intellij?

3. Do we use packager.json or config.xml?

4. How to troubleshoot for native validation? and many more such questions.

Am mainly looking for native release build process.
