Sluggish performance of SA 3.0.1

Hey guys, I'm currently using Sencha Architect 3.0.1-stable to create an ExtJS 4.4.2 project with about 150 views. However, the performance now is very sluggish and it takes a few seconds to get the code view loaded. What more when typing, there is a 1-3 seconds delay before the typed words actually appear. I'm on Windows 7 64 bit with 8gb ram. Currently only have Tomcat service turned on, Google Chrome and Sublime Text.

Also tried to run my project on the latest Sencha Architect 3.1 and there were no difference..

Would love to know how to improve the architect's performance..
