I've just recently updated my Sencha Architect to 3.1 and done a recent build but every time I try to run it on iOS and Android I keep getting an alert box informing that a "requested file seems to have been changed. Attempt to refresh the application?". Refreshing the application just displays the same alert box and doesn't allow access to the app unless I click the cancel button which then just displays a blank screen.

I'm using the PhoneGap Build service to create the .ipa and .apk files for the respective platforms. Any ideas what could be causing this issue?
