Watch task working only once

Hi,

I recently updated my Sencha CMD from 5.0.1 to 5.0.3. Right after that, strange issue startet to bug me. Whenever I start watch Ant task to keep watch over my files - it works just fine, my app starts normally and no issues are observed. However, whenever I make any change to any file and watch recompiles everything, my app doesn't work anymore, because classes of my app can't be found. I've made a quick investigation and it seems the problem lies within bootstrap.json file that gets regenerated. It's smaller by about 6kB than the one generated initially and doesn't contain most of my classes. I need then to stop the watch task and rerun it, for everything to work again. Is this the known issue? Is there any build propery that may be causing that?
