Form Validation Messages are not shown under the field

As title describes the situation clearly, form validation messages are not shown under the field despite the configuration. They are always displayed at the right( ) of the field.

I'm using the latest build 5.1.0 GPL.

p.s. I did not have any issues with 5.0.1 version.
