CityBars Tutorial Problem - Architect 3.1.0.1943

Hi, new here.

Working through "First Mobile Application" aka "CityBars" tutorial. Going fine until I reaches the "The Controller" section, item 4. When click the + in the project inspector, there is no "Launch" option. So I'm dead in the water....

Any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong?
