Problem with Sencha Cmd 5.0.1.231 on Windows 7

Hi,

I have a problem with installation Sencha Cmd 5.0.1.231 on Windows 7. Same version is installation on Mac Os and working great, but it fails on Windows.

1. Firstly, I installed Java JRE 8.0.20

2. Next, Ruby 2.0.0

3. Sencha Cmd v5.0.231

Everything went well, but after all these steps in cmd when I type 'sencha' I'm getting:

[ERR] no !/ in spec

Any idea how to fix it ?
