Grid cell loses focus when user navigate between active windows

Hello Everybody,

We use ext js 4.1 and currently working on one bug where grid cell loses the focus when user navigate to some other active window and then comes back to browser when he was editing the grid cell data.

For example, User is editing a particular cell in grid(which is open in Firefix), in middle of editing, user goes to the outlook to check his emails and then comes back to grid and the cell which user was editing loses the focus. Can someone please help me solve this issue? How can I make sure that grip cell does not lose focus when user navigates between active windows.
