Editing a Panel Title with Title Align = Center look flooky

Try it. You will see the edit on the left and the text still displayed in the center.

ALSO, selecting a column in design mode is "interesting" if i single click on the right side of a column header that column is selected, if I click in the middle, nope, if I double click on the middle or left of the column, it MIGHT select the column or it MIGHT allow me to edit the title. Sort of a crap shoot.
