Access right problems with sencha app build production

I have a really hard time getting Sencha Cmd up and running. Or lets better say to get it working properly.

sencha app build production starts working but then all of a sudden I always get an "Access denied" error:

Caused by: C:\Program Files (x86)\Zend\Apache2\htdocs\path\to\app\build\production\MobileApp\resources (Access is denied)

The folder exists. It is even generated by Sencha Cmd (I deleted the complete build folder and it is created during sencha app build production).

I also tried to set access rights. Running cmd as an administrator doesn't help.

Didn't help. btw: It's on a Windows 7 machine.
