Tab Panel - Detect HTML Elements like Input or TextArea is Edited

Hi All,

I would like to know is there a way to detect the HTML element being modified. The idea behind this request is,

Dynamically we are rendering the HTML text from server in the tab panel through setHTML and need to monitor whether any of the HTML Elements like (INPUT, TextArea) fields are edited.

This is required to know when the user is trying to navigate out of the screen before saving the value to the server.

please provide if any value to achieve this functionality
