Build Tools Not Installed

Hi guys,

This is my first time on these forums as I've just started using Sencha a few days ago.

I've been having problems getting Sencha working correctly. For the most part, everything seems to work fine, except in project settings, it's showing that Build Tools are disabled and not installed.

I've tried clicking the button labelled "Open preferences to install" but the Dependencies page that it brings me to doesn't seem to mention anything about installing Build Tools.

I have the feeling that I'm overlooking something obvious but if anyone has any ideas as to what I haven't done correctly it'd be much appreciated.
