Synchronously loading...; consider adding Ext.require()

I was using the ItemSelector in 5.0.1 and now with 5.1.0 it doesn't work and my debug console shows this message:

Where does one do such a thing considering we don't get an Ext.onReady() with all of those bootstrap incantations going on to start an Architect-designed app (that I am aware of)?
