Dynamic table or cell arrangment

I searched a few questions here as well as in GWT forums.

Is there any option , be it either in GWT or GXT, whereby say i have 7 items and I give some configuration as 2 then either GWT or GXT sencha should be able to arrange these 7 items 2 in each row. So i get something like

item1 item2

item3 item4

item5 item6

item7

all these items added to a framedpanel

And each item should be able to have a hyperlink (anchor to hit another URL)
