[SA 3.1] Unable to process and update your app.json file

Hi all,

I'm working on Mac OSX 10.8.5 with SA 3.1.01943, ExtJS 5.0.1 and Cmd 5.1.0.26.

Lately I get this error:

Any ideas what is causing this? Rights are all set to Read/Write and the json itself is valid. So I don't know why Cmd cannot process or update the app.json.
