Line numbers mismatch

When Architect (3.1.0.1943) saves .js files it adds a comment header with info and copyright notice.

This header is "removed" (or hidden) when the files are opened in the editor.

This cause a mismatch between line numbers that appear in the editor and those displayed by Sencha Cmd (e.g. sencha app build ...) and by browser debuggers like firebug.

This makes line matching unnecessarily complex.
