Grid Column Header Menu not getting destroyed on Grid destroy

Steps to Reproduce.

1. Click "Create/Destroy Grid" button once to create the grid.


2. Click column header trigger to create header menu.


3. Click "Create/Destroy Grid" button again to destroy the grid.


4. Switch to Fiddle's Components tab to view list of existing components in memory.


5. 2 Grid's column header menu components would still exist in memory.


6. Repeat (1-5) , number of menu components will continuously increase.
