Why am I getting more and more negative vote rating?

Dear friends,

I just found that my vote rating is becoming lower and lower.

But many of my questions have been answered yet.

I just wonder what leads my negative vote rating? It's really annoying~~.

Hopefully, this forum will have a new feature to prevent naughty users to down vote others' questions without even leaving any useful and informative comments.
