Best practice for 'environment' specific configuration for Touch app

Hey there,



we have the use case where we want to have environment specific config values. For example we would like to use http://ift.tt/1h2x7Ov for production environment, but localhost:3000 for development environment.



It would be to nice set the environment via a url param (like localhost:8080?env=Development)



Are there any best practices for this?
