Sencha Architect 30 day trail expired without trail

Hi,



I hope this is right place to place this query. I have downloaded the 30 trail trail for SenchaCompleteTrial-1.0.7.1.



I have installed everything and all seems to be working, except when I try to access Sencha Architect 3. It requests my Sencha ID and Password. It seems to validate and then is says that my trail has expired, even though I only downloaded, registered and installed everything today.



I have attempted to create a new Username and Password with the same result.



I am currently researching potential HTML 5 frameworks for a app our company will be developing. Sencha is my first choice, but I need to develop a sample app in Sencha as a proof-of-concept.



I would really appreciate some assistance.
