Error generating app with sencha 6

After installing sencha command 6.0.0.92 on linux (ubuntu 14.04)

I run this command:



sencha -sdk /home/mark/ext-6.0.0 generate app ot /home/mark/work/otapp



I get this error:

The application was last modified by an older version of Sencha Cmd (6.0.0.91)

the current is 6.0.0.92.

Please run "sencha package upgrade" to update to 6.0.0.92.

There is no repo folder under the Sencha/Cmd folder.



After doing some reading it seems the local repository should have been create automatically. I removed and re-installed Sencha Cmd 6 and again it did not create the local repository and it also appeared to not give any errors.



Do I need to do something to install the local repository?
