Free Comercial License or GPL

Which one works for me. I'm building an app for my client and I need to publish to Apple Store and Google play, but I have a doubt with licenses.



Can I download a GPL version and publish to Apple, or should I download the free comercial version ?



Same question applies for ExtJS apps.
