ExtJS 3.1.1 to ExtJS 4.2.3 Migration Not Rendering

I am going through example provided in the ext3-to-ext4-migration package mentioned in this blog - www.sencha.com/blog/ext-js-3-to-4-migration/ however the application will not render after referencing extJS 4.2.3 and the ext3 compatibility files.



Has anyone seen this happen before?
