Offline usage

Can Sencha Architect3 be used fully offline ?

We are behind a corporate proxy, and policies are very strict. Open access is not a solution.



Is there a way to fully use SA in a such case ?

I failed on Cmd which requires connection and dependencies panel in "preferences" stay freezed.



And we cannot change PATH, so ruby is a portable installation (not registered in PATH).

Is there a way to link SA to it ?

I set once a path to ruby but now dependencies panel stay locked/disabled.



I use Windows 7, ExtJs 4.2, SA3.2.0
