extjs 5 sample application production build problem

Hi All,

I have installed sencha cmd v5.1.2.52 and creating extjs sample using Extjs 5.0.1 framework, after creation without done any change when I build it as production build, after build when I run index.html file from production folder it give me some error like :

and when i build it in development environment it just create resources folder and doesn't generate any index.html and app.js file.

any suggestion on this?
