Are charts under license in S.T. 2.4.1 ¿?

I'm working under the "Commercial Software License (Free)" and found the S.T. without chart features.



I Know that some features as "Grid" are only in pay license (It's clear in the documentation) but not found any note similar in chart docs.

• It's an error in my dowlonad ¿?

• What should I do if I want the chart feature.
