Resizable + Draggable

Hello guys,

I have a requirement where I need to make component both draggable and resizable.

This, I believed, should have been as easy as setting draggable and resizable flags both to true. In reality, however, being draggable takes precedence over being resizable and dragging resize bars actually moves the whole component.

The obvious question here is: "How should I approach this?"
