Problem with Sencha App Build

I'm trying to follow this guide

when I execute sencha app build MyApp (which is the name defined app.json build section)

The last step executed is [Cordova] Attempting Cordova Build for platform "android"

Also, the app was generated with sencha cmd 4.x and Sencha Touch 2.3. It is now upgrade to Cmd 5.0.2.270 and Touch 2.4

Is this suppose to be the last step in the build process ? if not, how to debug to make if go further?
