Configuring a EXTJS project in Eclipse gives a "Java heap space error"

Hy,

Creating an EXTJS project in Eclipse it gives me "Java heap space error". I have configured a MVC project, delete all the js files I dont need. I just have the folder resources, src and the ext-all-debug.js. I have even disabled the javascript validation for this project but I still get this error or the Eclipse goes so slowly. Any idea?
