Best way to add video ?

Hi All

I am a newbie and I am building an app that will have about 20 videos.

Which is the common way to call the videos , Would it be to call them from

a folder that is on my hosting service ? or would I have the video file on a service that specialize in

this?

If so can you recommend any ?
