When I build apk, no errors, stuck on the loading screen on mobile device

Hi, im using architect and sencha touch, my app runs perfectly on my web browser,

but when i build the apk file and open in my android device it stuck on the loading screen (the three lighting white points)

I changed the api (7, 8, 9, 10, 11, ...., 19) (installed on sdk)

changed the path of cmd, architect, android sdk, etc

runing on windows 7

can anyone help me?
