cannot add destroyed item to container

Hi,

I am a beginner trying to learn Ext. Most of the code I used here is from example.

Basically I have a tab view with the tabBarHeaderPosition 2. There is also a logon form.

Initial logon works fine. In the main view when the button is clicked destroying the view and launching the Logon Form again. On that second logon, I get an error: "cannot add destroyed item to container"

If the tabbar is not part of the header, everything works perfectly well.

tabBarHeaderPosition 2 is commented out.
