Sencha Touch build error

Hello all,

I have been given an older ish sencha touch project to work on.

ST version: 2.3

CMD version: 4.0.2.67

I get this build error:

Now the file it wants is not there. But I guess why is it looking for something that isn't there? Or is that a dumb question?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
