"Init Cordova" not working

Hello,

I just started a new Sencha Touch project with the newest version of Architect.

I can't see the iOS target yet, so I clicked "Init Cordova" in the target dropdown.

I get an error message:

[INF]

[INF] sencha-cordova-init:

[INF] [echo] You cannot have PhoneGap and Cordova in the same Application

[INF] [echo] You can remove PhoneGap by running '''sencha phonegap remove'''

Running that command doesn't help either.

Please advice.
