Panel collapse stop event

Hi everyone,

I am listening the collapse event of a panel and if some condition is true i want to ask some information to the user (es. "You have unsaved data. Do you want procede ignoring modifications? Yes / No") and if user respond true, then continue collapse otherwise stop collapse. How can I achieve this goal?
