tabpanel setActivePanel(n) does not fire tabchange for activeTab = n setting in view

The .setActiveTab(n) function does not fire a tabchange event for the tab which equals

activeTab: n

in the Ext.tab.Panel view.

All other tabs work as documented and so the tabchange gets fired.

I've solved this by setting activeTab: -1 in the view config, which lets all the tabs fire.

I'm using ext-4.2.2.1118

Could this be a bug?

I don't think I had this problem with earlier ext versions.
