No response to bug report

Hi,

I submitted a bug report 4 months ago and gave it a poke a month later. There has been no response from Sencha. A previous thread talks about this happening in 2011 regarding ExtJS.

Could there be something wrong with my account?

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I'm using a framework in addition to Sencha GXT. Could this be why there is no response?
