Migration from ExtJS 3 to ExtJS 5

Hi, yes our company is still using ExtJS 3.x and are planning a migration to ExtJS 5.

I have only seen literature to migrate from ExtJS 3 to ExtJS 4. Is there a direct migration path to ExtJS 5 or does it need to be stepped ?

Also, i have noticed that the ZIP file for the Ext 3-4 migration is no longer available. Could someone point in the right direction regarding the current link ?
