Checkbox model : Header checkbox needs two clicks to work

Hi,

I have a grid with checkbox selection model and modeimple.

The issue is that when the user clicks on the check-all checkbox on the header for the first timr, it doesn't do anything on first click. Always requires two clicks when using for the first time. After that it works ok. Is this a known issue/or as designed/ or is there anyway to fix this such that check-all works right from first click.
