Extjs 3 license -> upgrade to Extjs 5, possible? cheaper?

Hi there,

is there a possibility to upgrade from an existing Extjs 3 license to a Extjs 5 license and assuming this is possible, would that be cheaper than buy a completly fresh Extjs 5 license?

I couldn't get this information from the website, hence I wanted to ask here.
