2 inquiry about Architect

Hello,

As a begginer, 2 things I dont really understand, wheter they are problems or not.

1: If I make a new project, and save it I got an error: "CMD failed to initialized". Than I generate an app from command line, which make more folders and files, than the Architect project, like ".sencha" ot "touch" folder, then I comlete with these extra files and folders the Architect project, then I save again, and this error disappears.

Do I make something wrong, that I should additionaly comlete architect project?

2: If I generate an app from command line there is no .xds file which I can open in Architect. How can I open it in Architect?
