   Description:
   Grid with the RowEditing plugin causes action column handlers to not be fired when row is selected.

   
   

   Steps to reproduce the problem:
   1. http://ift.tt/SHhfal
   2. Click on actioncolumn icon
   
   3. Alert pops up with "1".
   
   4. RowEditor then selects the row.
   
   5. Click on actioncolumn icon again.

   
   

   The result that was expected:
   Alert should pop up again.

   
   

   The result that occurs instead:
   No alert pops up.
