Unable to login to Sencha Architect 2 -getting server error

Hi,

I am using Sencha Architect 2 Trial version and the trail version got expired.So I registered with a new ID and tried login with the new credentials but getting a 'Server Error has occurred" message.

I am using Windows 7 64 bit and turned off firewall also.
