prefix bootstrap.js loader path

Hi,

maybe I missed something or overread it but I don't find a way to use the bootstrap.js properly.

My directory structure is like this:

www/

index.html

app/

bootstrap.js

But I don't find a way to configure Sencha CMD to prefix all loaderurls with app/. Is there a way to do this?
