Blank window after 1 minute

MacBook Retina:

I have just purchased Sencha Architect 3 for Mac so this is a new install opening an existing project. Every time I open a project it works fine for about a minute and then everything disappears to a blank white window until I close it and reopen just to have it follow the same behavior again.
