Technologies used to build SA3

Hello:



If it's not a secret, what technologies have you used to build SA3?



I noticed the previous versions used Qt 4 and probably WebKit (part of Qt). SA3 doesn't seem to use Qt anymore and it embeds Chrome. I assume SA3 relies heavily on JavaScript code for implementing all the design support.
