This error is the same that was reported in this reply by @KenD2364: with an buffered grid, when the page size is multiple of the total number of elements, it throws an error "Ext.Base.getRange(): PageMap asked for range which it does not have" when scrolling to the bottom.
For example, when the page size is 100 and you have 400 records.
This is happening to me with version ext-4.2.1.883
I didn't reply to that post since it is on the "Beta" section of the forum, and also it was a reply to other bug. I think it's better to track it as an independent bug.
I think the bug is serious: as soon as you have a good number of users this will just happen.
